Some SSC Members have expressed an interest in how to properly anchor their boat for long durations or overnight. Tim Ujvari asked me to organize an anchoring trip.

I am proposing a simple anchoring in Sandusky Bay at the Sand Bar. 

I am proposing an anchoring trip this coming Saturday, August 14, 2021. It would be in Sandusky Bay at the Sand Bar.

Some questions for those who are interested:

• Would you like to do some cooking on the beach, if so do you have a charcoal grill that could be used for the group? 
• Do you want to stay overnight?
• What time would you like to do this? Head over in late afternoon to miss the rush of boats at the Sandbar during the day?
